FIELD: design of furnaces; methods of fuel combustion.
SUBSTANCE: method of increasing efficiency of heat emission of furnace gases consists in turbulization of the main flow and mixing of boundary laminar sublayer with the main flow. Main flow of furnace gases passing through the furnace tube with an inlet and outlet parts is decelerated in an expander with a passage area exceeding the passage area of the main stream, after which the said flow is divided into several streams isolated from each other, while the total area of the said flows is equal to or exceeding the area of the main stream. Every isolated flow in the channel is revolved by fitting a swirler in the channel. After that, the isolated flows are connected in an accumulator with a passage area exceeding the passage area of the main stream, the formed by main flow is turbulized due to residual rotation of the isolated streams having arrived into the accumulator, after which the main flow of furnace gases is directed from the accumulator into the outlet part of the tube.
EFFECT: higher heat emission of furnace by lowering temperature of exhaust flue gases.
