Device for controlling poultry packing system includes first receiving module configured to obtain a variety of orders on poultry products, including whole carcase or part of poultry carcass; second receiving module configured to receive from measurement module of at least one measured parameter of at least one of poultry carcass; reference unit configured to determine best compliance of one of multiple orders at least one measured parameter; and a control module configured to transmit a signal in poultry processing system for processing at least one poultry carcass in accordance with a certain order.
EFFECT: characteristic of each order includes weight of order and number of separate parts of poultry carcasses components of said mass.
