SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw compressor. Screw compressor (1) comprises compression chamber (2) formed by body (3), in which there are two engaged rotors (4, 5), and drive motor (14) equipped with engine chamber (16) formed by body (15), in which there is installed shaft (17). Shaft (17) drives at least one of two rotors (4, 5). Bodies (3) and (15) are connected directly to each other to form compressor body (28). Chambers (16) and (2) are not insulated from each other. Shafts (7, 8) of rotors (4, 5) and shaft (17) pass along directions (ΑΑ', ΒΒ', CC') located at an angle or perpendicular to a horizontal plane. Body (3) has base (29) or lower section of body (28). Body (15) forms head part (30) or upper section of body (28). Chamber (2) is equipped with inlet hole (9) located near end (12) of rotors (4, 5), which are the closest to head part (30) of body (28), as well as outlet hole (11) located near end (13) of rotors (4, 5), which are the closest to base (29) of body (28).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of a reliable and simple screw compressor.
