SUBSTANCE: screw compressor (1) comprises a compression casing (3) forming a chamber (2), in which two screw-shaped rotors (4, 5) with shafts (7, 8) extending along the parallel first and second axial directions (AA', BB') are installed, a driving motor (14), which housing (15) forms chamber (16) in which there is a shaft (17) arranged along the third axial direction (CC) and driving at least one of the rotors (4, 5). The bodies (3, 5) are connected to each other. The chambers (16, 2) are not isolated from each other. The bodies (3, 5) are connected to each other. The compressor (1) is vertical so that during its normal operation, the directions (AA', BB', CC') are arranged at an angle or perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The compressor (1) has lubricating and cooling circuits (40, 38). The circuits (40, 38) are connected to the back circuit providing fluid (37) output from the outlet opening (11) in the compressor (1) base (29) and returning fluid (37) to the head portion (30) of the compressor (1) housing (28).
EFFECT: creating reliable and simple screw compressor.
