FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Perform preoperative determination of blood flow in fistula vein with help of colour Doppler imaging. Then incision of skin and subcutaneous fat are carried out. Arterialised vein is separated throughout 6 cm in proximal direction and taken at turnstiles. Then extravazal corrector is applied. At that, diameter of corrector is selected intraoperative from by colour doppler imaging until volumetric blood flow from 500-1,200 ml/min is achieved. Then corrector is fixed with help of Atraumatic non-absorbable suture 6.0 to wall of vein.

EFFECT: method ensures preservation of existing vascular access for continuous of program haemodialysis and reduction of excess arteriovenous blood release into right atrium, due to reduction of blood flow in arteriovenous fistula stop progression of dilatation and right atrium and ventricle hypertrophy, correcting symptoms of chronic cardiac failure.
