FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Approach is made in the femoral vein location. Vein front wall is separated so that the vein can be fixed with turnstile strings around the vein with the ends of one thread placed on one side of the vein, and the other thread ends on the other side. Before performing a vein incision between two strands, the clamps are superimposed on a distal section of the common femoral vein and the mouth of the greater saphenous vein, and intra-abdominal pressure is increased to remove the visualized thrombotic masses from the incision. After the vein is incised, a tubular member is inserted therein towards the external iliac vein, and the floating float portion of the thrombus is removed from the external iliac vein and the adjoining portions of the femoral vein by creating a negative pressure in the tubular element of 200 to 300 mm Hg.
EFFECT: method enables providing more effective surgical management of acute thrombosis of the external iliac vein of the lower extremities veins by completely restoring the venous lines, as well as excluding the possibility of thrombosis in a vein during surgical intervention and damaging an internal vein wall.
