SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a monitor for maintaining counting of a mould cycles and other data on use of the mould and a corresponding system for its implementation. System generates the first remote recording of the mould cycle data and the second remote recording of the mould cycle data. At that, the second remote record contains a smaller, a different and/or a non-confidential version of the first remote record. Then the first remote record and the second remote record can be coordinated between the OEM-manufacturer, the mould manufacturer and the moulder. Method for maintaining the data on the mould from a reciprocating tool includes stages of monitor placement, registration of the mould data and generation of this data for viewing. Monitor for implementing the invention methods includes corresponding units for implementation of the methods' operations.

EFFECT: technical result achieved using the invention methods and the monitor, consists in ensuring the monitor activation with every beginning and end of the mould cycle in order to maintain counting of performed operating cycles and additional information on the mould and its operation.
