FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. To ensure good resistance to hydrogen embrittlement when steel plate after hot forming is subjected to treatment, leading to residual stresses, such as perforation, sheet is made from steel containing in wt%: C from 0.18-0.26, Si is more than 0.02 and not more than 0.05, Mn from 1.0 to 1.5, P 0.03 or less, S 0.02 or less, Al from 0.001 to 0.5, N 0.1 or less, O from 0.001-0.02, Cr from 0 to 2.0, Mo from 0 to 1.0, V: from 0 to 0.5, W within 0 to 0.5 Ni, from 0 to 5.0, B from 0 to 0.01, Ti from 0 to 0.5, Nb from 0 to 0.5, Cu from 0 to 1.0, balance is iron and impurities, wherein concentration of containing manganese inclusions is not less than 0.010 wt% and less than 0.25 wt%, and numerical ratio of manganese oxide to inclusions, having maximum length from 1.0 to 4.0 mqm makes 10.0 % or more.
EFFECT: provision of good resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.
