SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to monitor contamination of offshore oil and gas field. Present invention consists in that system for detecting and monitoring contamination of offshore oil and gas field includes a network of remote contamination detectors, programmable controller with systems for collecting, processing and transmission of data, as well as a single automated information system (IC) with functions for collecting, processing and storage of data transmitted on IP interfaces by remote contamination detectors, wherein system for detecting and monitoring contamination offshore oil and gas field additionally contains biosensor for continuous monitoring of heavy metals in water nuclear magnetic resonance sensor, sensor of electronic paramagnetic resonance reactor thermal neutron reactors RP-100 with retractable box in active zone (neutron stream 2×1012 n/(cm2∙s)) and stationary unit of gamma-radiation with power equal to 1,000 R/h, spectrometric plant with reservoir pressure maintenance system (PPD), radiometric low-background plant, generators of microwave radiation of various frequencies from 0.1-60 THz, reference holographic matrix with recorded NMR spectra of atoms of substances (metals and organic substances) and identified substances information unit, sea map and colour space shots of search areas, electromagnetic camera (Kirlian camera) for imaging submerged objects on aerospace images and transferring them on sea map area search using a video camera, combined with a personal computer, a receiving antenna-phase of wide view, GPS map-60, computer software system for determining coordinates of submerged objects and displaying them on sea map area, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, as well as other structural elements.
EFFECT: design of a reliable system for early detection and monitoring of emergency oil spills at facilities of offshore oil and gas field.
