FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: surface to be examined is scanned by means of a solid-state laser (1) mounted on the carrier, radiating in one beam synchronously or with tuning on three discrete generation wavelengths in the infrared, visible and ultraviolet regions of the spectrum. The signals at anti-Stokes frequencies in Raman scattering are received and processed. According to the obtained measurements, the quantitative and qualitative composition of the specified indicator substances of hydrocarbon gases that are fixed according to their spectra incorporated into the database of the computer processing program, is selected and determined. The spectral image is differentiated from the specified indicator substances. The obtained and processed data are displayed in the form of maps of indicator substance halo distribution with allocation of spatial anomalous zones.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality, increasing the reliability of search.
