FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Method of making device intended for double-sided curtain feed car trunk, consists in fact that under trunk cover is installed cross-section dimension of free space. Method comprises selecting parameters of surfaces of case of shutter trunk with allowance for installation with end sides to be arranged conical spiral spring. In cross section of covers and plugs are installed ball or spring retainers. Housing is made in form of hollow cylinder accommodating plug. One of plugs has end ledge while its cylindrical surface is connected with housing inner surface, which enables to hold the sleeve on its external cylindrical surface of hollow cylindrical shaft. Length of working surface of fabric is calculated from conditions of axial compression of torsion spring off working position of fabric. Housing is equipped with an outlet. Cock spring is performed with allowance for holding part turn conical spiral spring in box.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of shutter trunk.
