FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to production of highly porous abrasive tools on ceramic bonds using sintered microcrystalline corundum. Abrasive mass contains abrasive in form of three groups of abrasive grains, different as to its chemical composition and at its cutting capacity. First group consists of grains of cubic boron nitride, second is from microcrystalline corundum grains, mixture of which includes grains of same size within 120-250 mqm, which total volume content corresponds to volume content of abrasive for preset number of abrasive tool structure. Third group is green silicon carbide grains with size in range of 80-119 mqm with volume content of 15-50 % of total volume content of grains of first and second groups. Filler is mixture of hollow spherical particles of aluminium silicate with size ranging from 85 to 560 mqm in amount of 15-50 % of volume content of grains of first and second groups.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of efficiency of tool combined with high manufacture ability of its manufacturing due to reduction of deformation at high-temperature sintering.
