FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of abrasive tools of ceramic binders with fine-count-structures. Proposed mass comprises abrasive, ceramic binder, adhesive and damping additives and filler composed of hollow spherical particles of aluminium silicate. Besides, it comprises pore-forming filler of expanded perlite grains with closed pores sized to 0.1-5 mm and porosity of 85-90%. Proposed composition contains the following components in wt %: abrasive - 26-42, Ceramic binder 5-15, filler of aluminium silicate - 2.1-14, expanded perlite - 2.1-15, adhesive and damping additives - 10-15, natural pores making the rest.
EFFECT: ceramic binders with fine-count-structure and high strength, resistance to cubic strain at annealing.
