FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of highly porous abrasive tools on ceramic bonds using sintered microcrystalline corundum. Abrasive mass contains a mixture of fractions of abrasive grains with higher - from white electrocorundum, and smaller - from microcrystalline corundum, with grain size, ceramic binder, wetting additives and filler in form of hollow spherical particles of aluminium silicate, wherein size of abrasive grains with larger and smaller grain size is 120-250 mcm and 60-100 mcm, and fraction of abrasive grains with higher grain size is supplemented with abrasive grains microcrystalline corundum granularity white electrocorundum with grains equal in volume of 30-40% fraction of abrasive grains with higher grain size with volume content of fractions with smaller grain size in amount of 5-50% of volume content of fractions of abrasive grains with higher grain size, and filler consists of particles with size ranging from 5 to 560 mcm in amount of 5-25% of volume content of fractions of abrasive grains with higher granularity.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of serviceability of high-porosity tool for grinding.
