FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in converters of three-phase AC voltage into DC 9-pulse with reduction of all types of transformer magnetisation and equal angles of switching valves. Converter comprises three-phase transformer with three groups of secondary phase windings, each connected into a star. Lead of each phase winding of first is connected to similar electrodes of valves, other electrodes of which are connected to free similar to it leads of different phase windings of second group and free different with it lead of similar phase winding of third group. Number of turns of phase winding of second group is equal to 1.8794·w, and number of turns of phase winding of third group is equal to 1.5321·w, where w is number of turns of phase winding of first group. Transformer further comprises fourth and fifth groups of secondary phase windings, each connected into an open triangle. Common point of similar leads of second group of phase windings is connected with similar to it extreme lead of phase winding of fourth group. Common point of similar leads of third group of phase windings is connected with similar to it extreme lead of phase winding of fifth group. Common point of free extreme leads of phase windings of fourth and fifth groups and common point of similar leads of phase windings of first group form output leads. Phase winding of fourth group consists of main and additional parts. Number of turns of fifth group and main part of phase winding of fourth group is equal to 0.844·w and 0.2931·w, respectively. Additional part of phase winding of fourth group consists of a pair of equal anti-parallel connected parts, number of windings of each of which is equal to 0.21756·w.

EFFECT: technical result is absence of all types of transformer magnetisation and equal angles of switching valves.
