FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used for transmitting signals on sections of communication systems, which can be subject to effects of high mechanical loads, ionising radiations or other adverse factors. For this purpose, on sections adjacent to communication node of control station, a reserve of linear communication cable is formed by coiling on a dielectric rod or a zigzag-like arrangement (“snake”). In close proximity to route of cable communication line in said sections there are underground chambers (containers) with rotating drums with allowance for linear optical cable. Cable and underground chambers are equipped with intelligent markers.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and durability of transmission system in conditions of emergency situations.
