SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a recovered monoclonal antibody to human FcRH5, characterised by sequences of hypervariable sections (HVR), and its antigen-binding fragment. Besides, what is described a polynucleotide coding the antibody under the invention, an expression vector and host cell for producing the antibody according to the invention. There are described immune-conjugates, containing the antibody under the invention and intended for inhibiting cell growth, to determine presence of human FcRH5 in the sample, for treating a proliferative disorder, as well as for inhibiting cell proliferation. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting growth of cells expressing human FcRH5 containing an effective amount of the immune-conjugate; using the immune-conjugate for preparing drugs for inhibiting cell viability, which expresses human FcRH5 and for treating a proliferative disorder mediated by human FcRH5; method of in vitro determination of presence of human FcRH5 protein in a biological sample and method of producing a compound of conjugate antibody-drug.

EFFECT: present invention can find further application in therapy and diagnostics of diseases associated with human FcRH5.
