SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in OpenFlow network system. Controller records in a switch flow chart an input flow that sets a rule and action for uniform packet control as a stream. Upon receiving packet, switch performs a query input stream corresponding to received packet to said controller if input stream corresponding to received packet has not been registered in flow chart, and places received packet in the stack. Switch controls transmission of received packet that has header data, packet header data similar placed on stack by using a stack placed in packet, as long as input stream corresponding to received packet is not registered.

EFFECT: technical result consists in stabilising load while reducing by reducing number of input queries on flow direction in relation to flow controller, whose registration has not been completed.
