FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for testing of hinge bearings with imitation of operating loads and temperatures. Test bench consists of base, on which drive and loading device are located and connected by means of kinematic chain. Base consists of frame, which upper part is made in form of a pipeline for coolant passage. Central bracket is rigidly fixed, outside of which there are heating elements. Bracket includes two symmetrical lugs with coaxial holes, in which there is axis of inner ring. Between lugs pumping unit is arranged with central hole, in which outer bearing race is pivoted. One end of rocker is articulated with tie rod rigidly connected with drive rod. Other end of rocker is articulated with tie rod rigidly fixed to loading device stem, installed with possibility of longitudinal movement. Loading device consists of housing with installed inside (with possibility of linear movement) spring-loaded bushings. Stock loading device is installed in bushings. In lower part of frame partition with two holes is rigidly fixed on side and bottom walls of a frame, in which are rigidly fixed sleeves to accommodate plugs. On one side of each fork is hinged to upper part of calibrated spacer, and lower part calibrated spacer is articulated with frame, at that one fork is hinged to housing of loading device, and other one is connected to housing of drive.

EFFECT: simplified design, possibility of testing of bearings with imitation of operating conditions.
