FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and is intended for testing radial, radial-thrust and thrust bearings for durability at static loading. Technical effect is achieved due to the fact that the loading unit has a hydraulic drive and consists of a manual hydraulic pump with a reservoir, creating pressure in the oil line, which is connected by means of hydraulic hoses and pipelines with two radial and one axial voltage units, and is also equipped with frequency converter of common industrial application. Radial loading assembly consists of two-way valve, control manometer to record radial load on bearing, hydraulic cylinder bolted to base of support plate, load fork to transfer load from hydraulic cylinder rod to auxiliary bearing, shaft and tested bearing. Axial loading assembly consists of two-way valve, control manometer to record axial load on bearing, hydraulic cylinder bolted to vertical bracket of support plate, housing with thrust bearing and thrust bushing, providing axial load on shaft and tested bearing.
EFFECT: increased functionality of the test bench, increased accuracy of test results, reduced material consumption and increased compactness of the test bench design for durability at static loading, as well as possibility of change of shaft rotation frequency and stand bearings.
