FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shell structures from polymer composite materials and can be used in designing housings and compartments of aircrafts used in rocket and aircraft engineering. Technical task, which can be solved by disclosed inventions, involves manufacturing of compartment with higher reliability of its operation. According to method, inner shell, intermediate layer and outer shell are formed on conical mandrel. Intermediate layer is formed by applying first foam plastic layer and based on special program spiral and ring grooves are machined in foam plastic and openings for inserts are cut, in particular, rectangular in plan openings for the bases active antenna brackets, covering by length and width diagonal rhombic cells from spiral grooves. Spiral and circular rings of mesh structure are wound in grooves while laying between layers of mesh structure napkins corresponding in size to openings for inserts. Solid helically-circular turns of the middle shell are wound. Shield grid is laid with buses having anti-adhesion coating of contacts soldered to antenna sections. Second thermal protective layer of foam plastic is applied. After thermal treatment and removal of blank from mandrel seats for antenna brackets are formed. Windows are milled in shield grid, insert bases and inner shell without damaging fibres of spiral and circular rings of mesh structure located between napkins.
EFFECT: set antenna octahedral bracket with rectangular in plan flange fixing buses of antenna contacts with removed anti-adhesion coating on bracket by means of screws.
