FIELD: psychology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rapid determination of moral-psychological state scientific companies. Method includes randomly selecting military operators of scientific company so that it is not less than a quarter of a list of composition of military operators of scientific company. Each selected military operator fills a blank test and selects one of alternative answers to 10 questions: "Own satisfaction with military service", "Coherence, harmony and cohesion of group", "Relationships in your unit", "Do you want to continue military service in other unit", "How do you rate your belonging to subdivision unit", "Relationship of group with command unit", "Relationship of subdivision unit with execution of professional duties", "Fairness of relationship of subdivision unit to all its members", "Social-psychological climate of your team", "Capacity of subdivision unit to assist and support in difficult times" with subsequent assigning of points to each answer to questions. Heart rate is measured in each selected serviceman operator for not later than 3 minutes prior to and 3 minutes after completing blank with assigned quantitative scores. Assigning a value equal to difference of heart rate before and after filling blank test, with subsequent calculation of score of each selected serviceman operator as sum of their score and calculation of score of moral-psychological state of scientific company (OMPS) as average arithmetic value of score of each selected serviceman operator. Depending on obtained value, OMPS result is interpreted as "excellent", "good", "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory".

EFFECT: method enables to evaluate moral-psychological state of scientific companies due to psychological and physiological assessment.
