FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of psychophysiological studies for determining the psychophysiological readiness of a group of operators for professional activity. Select randomly the operators so that they make up at least one third of the list structure of the group. Each operator performs a task on a blank test, suggesting the choice of one of the proposed options for answering questions. In this case, the heart rate is measured for each selected serviceman, not later than 3 minutes before and 3 minutes after the blank test is completed, with the assignment of quantitative estimates to the studied indicators. With help of mathematical expressions, evaluation of the psychophysiological readiness of a group of operators for professional activity is calculated. Depending on received quantitative value, the result is interpreted as: the group's psychophysiological readiness for professional activity is “excellent”, “good”, “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory”.

EFFECT: method allows to determine psychophysiological readiness of a group of operators for professional activity by defining the evaluation of psychological testing and measuring the heart rate before and after psychological testing.
