FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnostics of pathological asynclitism in I period of delivery. In large foetus pregnant women before delivery diagonal conjugate is measured using ultrasonic scanning. Intranatal by vaginal examination, when mouth of womb is opened for 3.0 cm and more than distance from lower edge of pubic ligament to middle of arrow-shaped suture head circumference is determined. Asynclitism coefficient A is calculated using formula: A=|C.d./2-R.s.|, where C.d. is diagonal conjugate, mm; R.s. is distance from lower edge of pubic ligament to middle of arrow-shaped suture of foetus head, mm. If asynclitism coefficient A=15 and more pathological asynclitism is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides more accurate diagnosis of pathological asynclitism.
