FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and microelectronics, specifically to devices for energy storage, in which are made porous electrodes for electrochemical capacitors with a highly developed porous surface formed with use of nanotechnology. Disclosed are versions of device for energy storage, as well as a method of forming device and porous electrodes. In an embodiment, energy storage device includes a porous structure formed by a plurality of main channels within conductive structure in direction of crystal plane, each of main channel has an opening at main surface of crystal, and each of main channel is held in an electrically conductive structure at an acute angle to main surface of crystal. In an embodiment, energy storage device includes a porous structure comprising a matrix of V-shaped grooves, pyramidal indentations.
EFFECT: high capacity and reliability of energy storage devices.
