FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that tertiary pentacyclic triterpenoid amines-methyl ether of 3β-(2-(dimethylamino)acetoxy)betulinic acid or 3β-(2-(dimethylamino)acetoxy)betulinic acid or 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl ether of betulinic acid interacts with 1,3-propanesultone (molar ratio amine: sul′ton 1:2, solvent 1,2-dichloroethane) or 1,4-butanesultone (molar ratio amine: sul′ton 1:9-10, solvent-acetonitrile) while boiling for 30 hours, leading to target sulphabetainam (1, 2a, b, 3) to the output of 27-79%.
EFFECT: invention relates to a method of producing novel potentially biologically active derivatives of betulinic acid-sulphabetainam with a fragment of 3-(dimethylammonij)propane-1-sulphonate in position C-3 and with a fragment of 4-(dimetilammonium)butane-1-sulphonate in positions C-3 or C-28 of general formula (1, 2a, b, 3).
