SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 7-(4-aryl-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)spirostanes, structural formula (I). The invention relates to new chemical compounds, specifically to 7-(4-aryl-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)hydroxyspirostanes of general formula (I).
EFFECT: obtaining new compounds of the spirostane series, which have the ability to inhibit the growth of human tumor cells at the level of the drug doxorubicin. The compounds are derived from the available plant spirostenol diosgenin. These properties allow the compounds to be used in medicine as an antiproliferative agent.
