SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for denture installation. Device for denture fixation contains intraradicular and crown parts, which are detachably connected to each other. Intraradicular part is made in form of rod with thread for installation into implant, changing into supragingival part, abutment. Crown part consists of crown and metal insert with shock absorber and support element located inside metal insert, made by circular grooves along perimeter on its inner surface and comprises retainer in form of clamping ring. Abutment consists of top truncated cone with spherical surface on top and bottom inversed truncated cone. Support element is made in form of seat with spherical surface interacting with abutment spherical surface. Crown part additionally contains locking ring installed in corresponding groove of its metal insert for mounting seat in it and shock absorber, placed between seat and metal insert inner end surface. Retainer clamping ring is spring-loaded with internal conical hole and is installed with certain gaps in corresponding groove and locked by metal insert collar. Clamping ring conical surface tangent of angle of inclination is greater than coefficient of friction between abutment material and clamping ring material.

EFFECT: invention increases wear resistance and set constant, not changing fixation force during usage of denture and reducing impact of latter on gum, which increases service life and convenience in operation.
