FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical dentistry. Intraosseous dental implant contains an element for fixing the prosthesis, a sealing element for the cavity formed inside the implant and the socket, the intra-caudal part in the form of a through hollow cylinder with an internal threaded portion from the side of the crown part. On outer surface of the hollow cylinder, mainly in the middle-apical part, a large thread is made, which is conical with respect to its cavities with longitudinal grooves and transverse through holes in them, and the rest is made of fine threads. Implant is made of titanium VT-1.0. Element for securing the prosthesis is made of a demountable gingival and orthopedic parts in the form of a truncated cone and fastened together by large bases in the crown portion of the threaded portion of the hollow cylinder by means of a screw of the orthopedic part. Sealing element of the cavity formed inside the implant and the well, is made on the end of the internal threaded section of the hollow cylinder in the form of a dense ring connection, an acute shoulder – a conical tapered plug valve made of plastically deformed titanium VT-1.00.
EFFECT: invention can be used for prosthetics on implants, including, with a significant atrophy of the alveolar process of the upper jaw and a decrease in its height in the distal areas.
