FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of an individual positionable gingiva former includes oral cavity scanning, and then creating a virtual dentition model. A working plaster model of the dentition with an implant support is produced, which is scanned and its virtual model is created. In the virtual model, the future tooth crown is placed in the dentition defect, then the individual positionable gingiva is modeled. The intra-implant part of the former is modeled taking into account the implant geometry, and the former head shape and position (supragingival former part) is modeled similar to that of the pregingival part of the artificial crown. A channel is modeled in the former for fixation to the implant with a screw, ensuring co-axial placement of the modeled shaper in the implant channel, as well as tight contact of shaper and implant. Based on the obtained model, an individual positionable gingiva former is milled. The individual positionable gingiva former consists of the inner-implant part of the former corresponding to the installed implant, former head (supragingival former part), the shape and position of which is similar to that of the pregingival part of the artificial crown, and a channel is located in the former to fix it to the implant.
EFFECT: inventions allow to eliminate the risk of gingival injuries when installing the gingiva former, to install the gingiva former not in the alveolar process center, to achieve a good aesthetic and functional result and to shorten the time of orthopedic treatment.
