FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to support for control over manned and automatic spacecraft. It can be used in development and deployment of flight control centers for existing and future spacecraft. Proposed method consists in planning and initiating the program procedures-functions for processing ballistic and telemetric data as well as specific data for every spacecraft. Said procedures compile long-term and day flight plans, carry out automated diagnostics of onboard hardware, generate lists of single instructions and program of communication sessions. These procedures are executed simultaneously at hardware of integral structurally assigned segment incorporating the following complexes: Ballistic, telemetric, data processing and computing and flight data support. Said complexes are integrated by local computer network. Said segments execute data exchange with other software-hardware equipment of the other control sectors. Data computing complex of central core of automated system for warning about dangers in near-earth space is connected to local computer network of the given segment via standard interface. Said segments serves to initiate the execution, simultaneously for all spacecraft, of program procedures-functions for forecasting spacecraft relative motion parameters and those of man-made objects. Note here that distances between said objects at maximum approach are defined to reveal objects of risk (at approach closer than 15 km) and chances of their collision. Maneuvers of spacecraft are executed to avoid risk objects at probability of collision over 10-4. Said maneuvers are computed and executes by ballistic data computing complex means solely after receipt of appropriate data and appropriate program diagnostics procedures.
EFFECT: normal flight under conditions of space debris.
