FIELD: multifunctional ground-based complex.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multifunctional ground-based complex for control, reception and processing of information. The complex is made in the form of a set of interconnected automated control systems for the targeted use of the orbital grouping of the Earth remote sensing spacecraft and contains a communication and data transmission system, geographically separated combined the Earth stations, a command and information center including a hardware and software complex, while the combined earth stations are remotely controlled from the command and information center without the presence of personnel on the united earth stations, the hardware and software complex from the command and information center is based on a cluster fault-tolerant architecture and provides control of the rotation/rotation of the spacecraft around the point of movement in orbit, modeling the movement of space objects, determining the necessary rolls of spacecraft and their rotation in the course of movement, processing target survey information, identification of changes in the technical condition of the orbital grouping of spacecraft and combined the Earth stations, prioritization of tasks for conducting surveys of space objects or remote sensing of the Earth, taking into account the technical condition of the orbital grouping of spacecraft and combined the Earth stations.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in efficiency and a reduction in the execution time of applications for obtaining information from remote sensing of the Earth and shooting space objects through the implementation of remote control of integrated the Earth stations.
