FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: staple cassette has temporarily supported base material. Panels of staple cassette and cutting element is functionally connected with working parts of surgical suturing instrument. To each fragment of base material is connected holder without possibility of removal. On body of cartridge there are grooves or recesses for temporary placement of sutures. Method of handling ends divided into two separate segment fabric includes cross-linking staple dissected ends and attachment of holder, at least on one of the dissected ends. After cross-linking of base material with fragment separated tissue doctor can manipulate fragments separated tissue, making holder handling motion.
EFFECT: clamping holder and base material followed by suturing apparatus enables to manipulate ends of dissected tissues.
