SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automation and communication on railway transport. Proposed device comprises adaptive wireless modem, locomotive control system, time distributor and antenna-feeder device installed on locomotive. Note here that time distributor comprises signal receiver, signal generator, spectrum and signal level analyser, threshold device, buffer device, up and down train frequency finder, frequency synthesiser and comparator unit.
EFFECT: higher reliability of data transmission.
