FIELD: measuring devices.
SUBSTANCE: device implements a method, involving steps of creating a stream of hot gas under pressure, injecting from first source (4) of fluid a dosed liquid flow into hot gas flow under pressure by fluid suction Venturi device having area (R) with a narrow cross section, by means (5) comprising suction tube (6), valve (7) and discharge tube (8). Suction tube (6) connects first outlet valve (7) with inlet hole (9) of liquid, open in area (R) narrow cross section of Venturi device. Discharge tube (8) connects second outlet valve with first fluid source (4). Actual temperature of hot gas and close valve (7) in case if measured temperature is below preset value.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of hot fogging.
