Multi-furnace (1) for preparation of food ingredients contains chamber (2) for preparation of food ingredients, air heater (3) for air heating in chamber (2) and fan (4) for circulation of hot air flow in chamber (2). Multi-furnace (1) additionally contains hole (5) for inlet of fluid medium for supply of fluid medium directly to circulating flow of hot air.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of hot air flow moisture content, improvement of taste and quality of food preparation, its consistence and aesthetics, as well as provision of multipurpose universality.
