SUBSTANCE: method includes at least one stage of contact of atmosphere with liquid flow by means of circulation in nozzle, wherein said liquid contains at least one volatile biocidal agent and/or phyto-protective agent with a boiling point in range of 60 to 280 °C, wherein fluid evaporates at contact stage at temperature below 50 °C. Plant includes a contact device containing a nozzle, a device for injecting a liquid flow into a contact device, a device for circulation of atmosphere of the storage in a contact device. Contact device is designed so that the atmosphere is brought into contact with the liquid flow by means of circulation in the nozzle. Fluid represents water, wherein contact device is made with possibility of removing dust and removing odors from atmosphere. Apparatus also comprises a second contact device comprising a second nozzle, a second fluid flow injection device to a second contact device, device configured to provide circulation of atmosphere leaving contact device to second contact device. Second contact device is made so that the atmosphere is brought into contact with the flow of the second liquid by means of circulation in the second nozzle. Second contact device comprises a second container and a certain amount of second liquid stored in said second container, wherein the second liquid contains at least one volatile biocidal agent and/or a phyto-protective agent with a boiling point in range of 60 to 280 °C, wherein liquid is evaporated in contact device at temperature below 50 °C.
EFFECT: invention provides prevention of liquid re-condensation after injection.
