SUBSTANCE: method presupposes the following: a continuously moving film sleeve filled with food product mass, in particular, with processed cheese, is shaped into a band of certain thickness by two calibration rolls, and is transported along the section, besides, for shaping of separate portions of the product the latter, with the help of acting on each other pair of displacing rolls is displaced from arranged perpendicular to the above film sleeve displacement zones. At that, the rollers, by means of a drive mechanism made with a possibility of adjustment during operation, are actuated regardless of the band motion rate. For shaping of separate portions of the product, displacing rollers are equipped by the belt drive independent of the speed of the belt, made with a possibility of adjustment, in particular, by a step motor or a servo motor.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures diversification of assortment and higher efficiency of production.
