FIELD: communication system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems with multiple inputs and multiple outputs and is intended to widen application range of power saving mode and increasing energy-saving effect. Power saving method includes steps where: access point AP device sends one or more frames of current possibility to transfer TXOP to station STA device, so that when power saving mode indicator in TXOP power saving mode is allowed current frame, STA device determines whether to enter doze state, according to determination of a doze state, wherein each frame comprises power saving mode indicator in TXOP frame; and allowed only in identical TXOP, once change power saving mode indicator in TXOP.

EFFECT: adaptation of method and device widens range of application of power saving mode and increases energy-saving effect.
