SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for processing of active sludge and deposits. Method of producing organic fertiliser from sewage sludge involves thermophilic phase of treatment of sewage sludge and phase of ripening of the ready product, wherein during thermophilic phase one performs pasteurisation sewage sludge by forced thermal treatment in the heating chamber and holding at obtained temperature for time, then one adds into the produced mass is thoroughly mixed bioactive component and the produced mass is left for maturation of the ready product the bioactive component used is previously made ripening fertiliser and fertiliser in process of ripening of heated air, preliminary heat mainly used for pasteurisation of sediments. Also a device for producing fertiliser from sewage sludge.
EFFECT: inventions allow reducing the length of producing organic fertiliser from sewage sludge, simplifies the process of producing said fertiliser, as well as improved environmental friendliness of the process.
