FIELD: food processing and pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes reindeer unossified antlers and/or horn skimming, grinding to produce particle size of les than 100 mum, and ultrasound extraction with ethanol aqueous solution of different concentration. Further step-by-step ultrasound extraction is carried out in ultrasound extractor under field frequency of 25 kHz at 46-48°C. At first extraction is carried out with 96 % ethanol for 2.5 h at extractant/raw materials ratio of 4:1. Then extraction is carried out with 70 % aqueous ethanol for 1.5 h at extractant/raw materials ratio of 3:1. The third and fourth extraction are carried out with 70 % aqueous ethanol for 1 h, or the third extraction is carried out with 50 % aqueous ethanol and the fourth one - with 40 % aqueous ethanol, or the third extraction is carried out with 40 % aqueous ethanol and the fourth one - with distilled water at extractant/raw materials ratio of 3:1. Obtained extracts are integrated, acidified with acid to pH 5.5, frozen out at minus 50-20°C for 48 hours. Obtained target product is centrifuged and filtered. Product of present invention is useful as food supplement and in production of drugs, cosmetic preparations, etc.

EFFECT: target product with high content of bioactive substances.
