SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used for heat recovery of bleed water nozzles for spraying of viscous combustible liquids in steam boilers, operating on liquid fuels. Device contains fuel injector, ash collector, condensation surface fuel heater, drip pan and condensate collector. Fuel injector operates on atomizing agent, bleed water. Surface fuel heater receives heat and latent heat of condensation of water vapours from combustion products.

EFFECT: technical result consists in design simplification; fuel saving due to replacement of steam as spraying agent on blow-off water, using whole heat and combustion products by means of condensation fuel heater and returning the formed condensate on power boiler; reduction of emissions of sulphur and nitrogen oxides by neutralising them substances escaping from boiler bleed water.
