SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dental furnace and method of controlling dental furnace. Dental furnace consists of upper part of furnace including roasting chamber with bottom for arrangement of parts for teeth restoration, arranged to turn on furnace or optical sensor, whose output is connected with estimation device with possibility of recording image of part for teeth restoration, and/or muffle and/or pressing plunger and/or carrier product for burning, in particular, sizes and/or shape, and/or their position, and its transmission to control device by means of which on basis of this information treatment of objects in dental furnace is controlled and/or image is displayed on display. Invention also covers method of controlling dental furnace with help of said optical sensor and control device.

EFFECT: higher quality of product, higher safety and simplification of furnace operation.
