SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for surface treatment and repair and can be used for repair of road pavement. Device comprises a source of compressed gas and electric energy, a control panel, an ultrasonic generator, a movable chamber. Source of compressed gas and electric energy comprises two opposed, dual pistons equipped with solenoids and forming with cylinders a combustion chamber and compressor, compressed air and hot gases receivers. Spraying unit for coating application in the form of accelerating nozzle with hot gas supply devices, a spraying unit for preparing surface made in the form of accelerating nozzle with ozone gas mixture supply devices are installed in the moving chamber. Chamber is equipped with an ultrasonic radiator, a base with needles, a lever, a container, a drive for chamber displacement, bases with needles, a drum, etc. There is a feeder-metering device equipped with a nozzle, mixing chamber, bin for the applied coating, drum with teeth, coating feed regulator and gas channels in the upper part of the chamber.
