FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to erection of buildings and structures in seismic regions. Earthquake-resistant industrial building includes frame, foundation and intermediate elements. Foundation is made of separate supports and belt arranged relative to each other with a gap. In the bottom of the supports and on the upper surface of the tape are aligned bowl-shaped recesses to form a cavity inside of which are intermediate elements in the form of a ball. Between the supports are provided with channels accommodating beam-brace with a gap relative to walls of channel. Over the belt with a gap along the perimeter of the supports are fixed barriers to form a cavity, above which there is a supra-foundation plate. Along the perimeter of the lower surface of the plate there are seams of sliding.
EFFECT: higher reliability and seismic resistance of industrial building at considerable horizontal seismic effects, reducing material consumption and labour intensity of its erection.
