FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to erection of buildings and structures in seismic regions. Earthquake-resistant frame building includes frame with links of stiffness, foundation of two elements installed relative to each other with a gap, support metal balls located between elements of foundation in coaxial cup-like recesses made in elements of foundation, barriers fixed along perimeter of upper element of foundation with formation of cavity, supra-foundation slabs with sliding seams made along perimeter of lower surface of plate. Lower element of foundation consists of stepped column and side plates-soles resting on steps and connected with column by means of hinges and inclined telescopic braces. Side plates-soles are installed at an angle corresponding to angle of natural side slope of trench with undisturbed soil structure. Space between side plates-soles and barriers is filled with stabilizing mass of low-compressible soil, at that barriers are resting on pillar steps.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of carrying capacity, reliability and earthquake resistance of a building at considerable horizontal seismic actions, as well as reduction of material consumption and labor intensity of its erection.
