FIELD: radio engineering and communication; electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bipolar-field operational amplifier comprises input differential cascade, which common source circuit is connected with first power supply bus, first and second inputs of input differential cascade, first current output of input differential cascade, connected to emitter of first output transistor and through the first current-stabilising bi-pole connected with the second power supply bus, second current output of input differential cascade, connected to emitter of second output transistor and through second current-stabilising bi-pole connected with second power supply bus, reference voltage source connected to bases of first and second output transistors, current mirror interfaced with first power supply bus, which output is connected to current output of device. Collectors of first and second output transistors are connected to first power supply bus, first current output of input differential cascade is connected to emitter of first output transistor through first additional resistor, second current output of input differential cascade is connected to emitter of second output transistor through second additional resistor, wherein reference voltage source is based on additional inverting amplifier of in-phase signal, which output through an auxiliary reference current source is connected to first power supply bus, first input of additional inverting amplifier of in-phase signal is connected to first current output of input differential stage and base of first additional transistor, second input of additional inverting amplifier of in-phase signal is connected to second current output of input differential stage and base of second auxiliary transistor, collector of first additional transistor is connected to input of current mirror, collector of second additional transistor is connected to output of current mirror and device output, and emitters of first and second additional transistors are connected to second power supply bus.

EFFECT: high gain of open operational amplifier.
