SUBSTANCE: multi-channel high-speed operational amplifier is proposed that contains an input differential stage with first and second inputs and four current outputs, the first to fourth output transistors, a buffer amplifier and a correction capacitor, two current mirrors, at that, cascades with a wide range of active operation being used as an input differential stage, and each first, second, third and fourth current-stabilizing impedors are made in the form of corresponding resistors.
EFFECT: increase in the operating speed of the operational amplifier in the large signal mode by eliminating the dynamic overload of the intermediate stage of the operational amplifier made in the form of complementary bent stages.
