FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: emitting ultraviolet radiation device is device, including ultraviolet radiation emitting element (2) formed from nitride semiconductor; and transparent for UV radiation sealing resin (3) covering said emitting ultraviolet radiation element, wherein at least some part (3a) of sealing resin (3), which is in contact with flat electrodes (16) and (17) of emitting ultraviolet radiation element (2), is amorphous fluorinated rubber of first type, and end functional group of polymer or copolymer, which forms fluorinated rubber of first type is amorphous non-reacting end functional group that is not able to bind with metal, which forms flat electrodes (16) and (17).

EFFECT: disclosed is emitting ultraviolet radiation device, having high quality and high reliability by preventing deterioration of electrical characteristics, which is connected with generation of ultraviolet radiation and caused by sealing resin.
