SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for data input in Braille on touch panel. Device comprises a touch surface, as well as means for detecting a plurality of applications on touch surface, wherein said plurality of applications is used to generate symbols of Braille; device for creation of image formed from points associated with said plurality of applications, wherein image is a function of relative position of pressed irrespective of their total position on touch panel; device for identification of said symbol Braille based on analysis of said image.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of a device which is intuitively and easily perceived by user, both sighted and blind, meets safety and privacy requirements.
